Bead Foods Proprietary Limited manufactures a range of dairy and soy foods, dips and sauces in both organic and conventional varieties.

The leading distributor of health foods throughout Australia, Bead Foods provides bulk products for the Food Services industry as well as products for retail sale in major supermarket outlets and various health foods stores and delis throughout Australia and selected South East Asian markets.

Bead Foods is an Australian-owned private company established in July 2001, after the merger of Bead Refrigerated Foods, who has been involved in the organic dairy industry for 18 years, and Simply Better Foods, manufacturers of organic soy products for 15 years.

The key focus of the newly formed company is to develop innovative nutritional and, where possible, organic products, utilising Australian produce whenever the opportunity is available. Our continual support of our organic producers is also reflected in the fact they have been provided ownership base in the company.

Bead Foods is dedicated to producing quality products. This is highlighted by the incorporation of an onsite laboratory and full time microbiologist.

The building of new facilities accompanied the amalgamation. Bead Foods now occupies 35,000 square feet between two buildings in Dandenong, Victoria. This includes a 17,000 square wet foods manufacturing zone while the remaining 18,000 squares are a combination of warehouse, distribution and administrative offices.
